Trainer / Assessor – Financial / Payroll                     Peterborough  REED FEB 2015

 

JTL are seeking qualified and occupationally competent Assessors within the Financial Services to assess learners within a Payroll setting. The position is offered as a part/full time basis in Peterborough area. Our client is a highly regarded Training Organisation who delivers Apprenticeship and Adult Learning nationally. You will be occupationally competent in assessing Finance in a Payroll setting to learners undertaking QCF qualification. Successful candidate will be required to assess, teach and support learners in the workplace and ensure that every learner’s achievement and success is in time with the contract. To be successful in this role you will hold a Level 3 vocational qualification or equivalent, PTLLS and an A1 Assessor Award and must have recent experience of assessing and current practice within a Financial Services/Payroll setting. A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, you will be highly organised and have a flexible approach to working hours and environments. Good IT skills, an understanding of the need for confidentiality and a willingness to promote equal opportunities are essential for this role and ensure all delivery meets quality and performance standards set by IV’s/Managers and Awarding Bodies.

Qualifications required:

A1/TAQA qualified, PTLLS as well as recent experience in delivering and assessing to Financial Services Industry.
